Trinity Makes Health Information Available Online

July 30, 2014 3:12 p.m.

Officials at Trinity Health System recently unveiled a new and innovative service that will benefit everyone in the area.  "My Trinity Health" is a patient portal that will allow an individual to view their health records online.

Keith Murdock, Trinity spokesman, said, “We are very excited to offer this service to the region.  Anyone who has received services at Trinity Health System can now access these records in a secure and convenient environment."

"My Trinity Health" can be accessed from Trinity’s homepage. Once an individual has activated their account, lab results, radiologic exam reports, discharge instructions and a health summary can be reviewed at the individual's convenience.  The information is generated by Trinity’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) which ensures that the information is accurate and up-to-date.   The site can be accessed through a home computer, tablet or smartphone any time of day.

"Our ability to offer this service is due to the proactive measures Trinity has taken to develop the EHR.  Trinity has been far ahead of the curve in this government mandated program and is one of the first health systems in the area to provide a patient portal," Murdock added.

To self-enroll an account, one must have an email address registered with Trinity Health System and know their medical record number.  If an individual is an inpatient at Trinity, they will receive assistance with enrolling during their stay.

For more information, visit Trinity’s website at or call (740) 283-7899.
