How can I signup?

Currently, we provide two portal enrollment options. You can be enrolled in the portal by the Health Information Management department, or you can use the self-enrollment option on the Trinity Health System website. If you would like to use the self-enrollment option, please review the self-enrollment directions.

How do I communicate my medical concerns?

My Trinity Health Patient Portal is not used to communicate concerns to your doctor. IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING AN URGENT MEDICAL PROBLEM, PLEASE CALL 911 OR YOUR PHYSICIAN’S OFFICE IMMEDIATELY.

Are Physician office records available here?

No. You will need to contact your Physician for information regarding appointments and office visits.

How do I see my test results?

Your test results and reports are both available by clicking on the Health Record button on the portal home page. Once you click on the Health Record button you will be taken to the Health Record page where you will see buttons on the right labeled Results and Reports where you will have access to your Laboratory Results and Other Reports.

Who do I contact to discuss my results?

Contact your primary care physician or the provider who ordered the test.

How will I know if my results are available to view on the portal?

You will receive an email regarding new activity on your patient portal account. Results and reports are generally available within 36 hours after completion.

How do I get the complete set of my medical records?

You can obtain your medical records by contacting the Health Information Management department at 740-283-7899.

I don’t have an email address, how do I get one?

There are many free email services available to use. Any email service is compatible with My Trinity Health portal.

How can I update my email address in My Trinity Health Portal?

To change the email address at My Trinity Health Portal uses for sending activity, password reset, or other communications, please contact portalsupport@trinityhealth.com or call 740-283-7899.

What information can I see in My Trinity Health Portal?

You can see information from your medical record such as laboratory and radiology test results, medications, allergies, immunizations, and medical history. You may also print a Health Summary for your records.

Is there a fee to use My Trinity Health Portal?

No! My Trinity Health Patient Portal is a free service offered to our patients.

How is My Trinity Health Portal secure?

We take great care to ensure your health information is kept private and secure. Access to information is controlled through personal IDs and passwords. My Trinity Health Portal uses the latest encryption technology.
