Trinity Wound Clinic
Once referred to the Trinity Wound Clinic, the patient will have
a medical history and examination done by a Nurse and a Physician.
Nationally recognized guidelines are used for consistent care.
The patient’s Plan of Care is determined by a Multidisciplinary
Team. Patient/family participation in the treatment plan is given
top priority. The Trinity Wound Clinic Staff provides updates of
the patients progress to the referring healthcare provider on a
routine basis.
