Blood Pressure/Pulse

Free blood pressure screenings are offered to the community on a weekly basis. The blood pressure screening started as a service to the "Mall Walkers" and soon became available to the general public. Hypertension is know as the silent killer because many times a person does not experience any symptoms. Keeping your blood pressure under control could help prevent strokes and heart disease. The average blood pressure is 140/80. Stop by to get your blood pressure reading.

Fort Steuben Mall, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 8:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m.
