Mended Hearts

The Mended Hearts Organization is a chartered group that meets the second Tuesday of every month. They are very active in the community, but their main function is visitation of patients with heart problems or those having heart surgery. They provide scholarships for those nurses in school who practice in the area of cardiology. Those interested in joining the group will find that their knowledge of various health issues will be greatly increased and their visitation and community work will be a great source of satisfaction. A printed schedule with speakers listed will be available by September.
