Trinity Health System offers a wide
variety of health education and assistance programs that are available
to the community. Many of these services are either free or are
available for a nominal fee.
Physician Referrals
- Are you new to the area (and looking
for a specific type of physician)?
- Are you looking for a specialist?
- Do you need to change doctors for
insurance reasons?
- Are you looking for credentials?
* This service is free
to the community and no promotional fees are paid by any physicians
listed.
Community Service Referrals
Community Service Referral is a
free service provided to the community. We can provide information
and referrals to numerous area agencies who provide such programs
as self-help groups, social services (emergency food/shelter etc),
transportation, medical supply companies, and national medical
hotlines, just to mention a few. If we do not have information
on the agency that can meet your needs we will do our best to
try and locate the agency that can help. The agencies do not have
to pay a fee to be listed with referral services.
