TRINITY CASE MANAGERS RECOGNIZED

"The Essential Link in Quality Health Care" is the theme of this year's Case Management Week, and Trinity Case Managers will be recognized for their invaluable work in patient care. Trinity Case Managers will be honored all week; some of the activities will be a brunch and a continuing education program. According to Cindy Fairclough, Trinity Case Management Director, "Case Managers are a vital link for our patient's recovery and their family's peace of mind. Case Managers oversee each inpatient stay and provides various post hospital care when necessary."
