General Information
Trinity Foundation
Have you ever thought about what you, as an individual,
or, a group of individuals could do to make a difference in someone’s
life? Would you take a moment and let us share some thought provoking
ideas that will give you the insight to accomplish your goals and
manage to get that ‘feel good about it’ feeling that we all
like and want in our lives.
No contribution, small or large, goes unused or unneeded…whether
it’s $25.00 as a memorial or $100,000.00 to start an endowment…these
funds are put to hard work making each and every dollar count.
As the old saying goes, “take care of the pennies and the
dollars will take care of themselves.” We, at the
Foundation, take very good care of your pennies!
As you reach various levels of giving, your gifts
are acknowledged in our two plaque recognition systems. One
system is located at the Tony Termana Cancer Center…these are gifts
restricted only for that facility. The other is a cumulative
gift recognition system placed in the Lobby at Trinity Medical Center
West.
When you contribute to Trinity Health System Foundation
you become a partner in caring. Your donation touches
many avenues of caring and you are the driver down these avenues…you
have a choice in which direction your donation will go. There
are several areas of caring from which to choose. Let us review
some of your options.
- General Donations
These will go directly
to the Hospital for purposes that are
deemed appropriate and worthy. These contributions may be for
general or restricted funds.
- Memorial Donations
These donations are in memory
of a loved one or someone of whom you had great
respect and wish to have their memory acknowledged. These
contributions may be for general or restricted funds.
- In Honor of Donations
These donations are for individuals or
organizations that you would like to honor because of the respect
and admiration you have for them and would like to acknowledge
them as such. These contributions may be for general or
restricted funds.
- Educational Donations
These donations may be restricted for
educational purposes, whether for in-hospital or community-at-large
educational needs. These donations can also be used for educational
scholarships…our Trinity School of Nursing is an excellent example
of where your educational dollars might be channeled. These
contributions may be for general or restricted educational funds.
- Restricted Donations
These donations give you total control of the direction
of your donation…you may direct specifically where you would like
your contribution to be used. Listed below are some ongoing
areas of interest to donors who make restricted gifts according
their to various interest and support:
- Trinity’s Building Projects
An excellent example is the successful completion
of the Tony Teramana Cancer Center. Whenever Trinity
initiates such a project, we hope the community will rally
to support and help us keep our health care services up-to-date

communities.
